If you are concerned that a violation of the HMSC Code of Conduct has occurred, please see the following resources and reporting mechanisms.
- Student Wellness Services provides information on programs related to Health, Counseling, and Psychological Services.
- The SOM has an anonymous reporting mechanism for situations regarding learner mistreatment.
- The Equal Opportunity and Compliance Office has a reporting mechanism for situations regarding discrimination, harassment, and/or sexual assault/violence.
- UNC also has an impartial Ombudsmand available for consultation and mediation.
- Report concerns/violations to the HMSC Program Director
(All reports can be made anonymously. Please know that all reports are going to someone designated as a ‘Responsible Employee’ by the University. This means that the information provided, depending on the situation, will need to be reported to the EOC. )
